As we say goodbye to 2025 I just want to speak from the heart a little to everyone who has followed The Life of Reilly this year.

Thank you for being here. Thank you for following along, for loving Reilly and for showing up day after day with kindness, encouragement and compassion. Every message, comment and word of support has meant more than I can ever fully put into words.

This year has been incredibly hard, honestly possibly our hardest yet. There were moments that tested us in ways we never expected, moments filled with worry, exhaustion and uncertainty. Some days felt impossibly heavy and just getting through them took everything we had. Loving Reilly brings immense joy, it has also brought profound challenges and 2025 asked more of us than we were prepared for.

Through it all though this community has been a light. Knowing that Reilly is loved not just by us but by so many of you, has shimmied us along through some dark days. Your empathy reminded us that we weren’t alone, even when the road felt isolating and overwhelming. You helped us find strength when ours was running low. To the other parents of children just like Reilly who have made me feel welcome and understood in their own little communities I’ll be forever grateful.

As we close this chapter and step into a new year I can only hope for gentler days 😬.
